Content tools

content-tools is a Java 25 command-line validator for the ProjectCapture metadata catalogs.

Commands:

• validate <content-root> checks schema versions, stable IDs, references, evolution graphs, level and party metadata, spawn coverage, recipes and safe asset paths.
• digest <content-root> prints a deterministic SHA-256 digest for reproducible review records.

The catalog must declare itself unofficial, non-commercial and subject to rights review. No Gradle publishing plugin, repository or upload target is configured here.
