# Content tools

|
|
`content-tools` is a Java 25 command-line validator for the ProjectCapture metadata catalogs.
|
|
|
|
Commands:
|
|
|
|
- `validate <content-root>` checks schema versions, stable IDs, references, evolution graphs, level and party metadata, spawn coverage, recipes and safe asset paths.
|
|
- `digest <content-root>` prints a deterministic SHA-256 digest for reproducible review records.
|
|
|
|
The catalog must declare itself unofficial, non-commercial and subject to rights review. No Gradle publishing plugin, repository or upload target is configured here.
