Pokémon, Pokémon character names, character designs and related trademarks and copyrights are properties of Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Game Freak and/or Creatures Inc. Hytale and related names and assets are properties of Hypixel Studios and their respective owners. The ProjectCapture source-code license applies only to original ProjectCapture code. It does not license or transfer any third-party intellectual property. ProjectCapture does not distribute Hytale server binaries, `Assets.zip`, extracted Hytale base assets, original Pokémon game assets, recordings, music or files copied from Cobblemon or another mod.

Third-party development tools and dependencies retain their own licenses. The isolated Blockbench MCP development fork is GPL-3.0-only and is not linked into the distributed Hytale plugin.
