# Third-party notice and license boundary

The hardened Blockbench MCP development tool is a modified build of
|
|
[`jasonjgardner/blockbench-mcp-plugin`](https://github.com/jasonjgardner/blockbench-mcp-plugin),
|
|
pinned to version 1.6.1 / commit
|
|
`6b069e308fdfc9b0a1c15bc924ca78150815f143`.
|
|
|
|
Upstream and the modified build are licensed under **GPL-3.0-only**. The full
|
|
license text is stored in `LICENSES/GPL-3.0-only.txt`. Changes made by
|
|
ProjectCapture are represented by the patch in `patches/` and are clearly
|
|
marked as a hardened ProjectCapture variant.
|
|
|
|
The official Hytale Models plugin is a separate GPL-3.0 program and is pinned
|
|
by repository commit and distribution checksum in `upstream.lock.json`.
|
|
|
|
These Blockbench plugins are development tools. They are not embedded in, linked
|
|
into, or distributed as part of the Hytale runtime mod. Any redistribution of a
|
|
generated plugin artifact must include the corresponding source/pinned patchset,
|
|
this notice, and the GPL license.
